Influence of aerobic exercise training on mice gut microbiota in Parkinson's disease

چکیده
Accumulating evidence shows that gut microbial dysbiosis may represent a risk factor for Parkinson's disease (PD). Exercise has positive effect on microbiota in general. The of aerobic exercise training (AET) the environment PD remains to be explored. Here, we performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing feces from sham operated-mice (sham), mice model, and receiving AET (AET). Results indicated had no remarkable species richness bacterial diversity mice. relative abundance Bacteroidetes was reduced, while Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Lactobacillaceae, Streptococcaceae, Lactobacillus, Streptococcus, Lactococcus, Lysinibacillus, Pelomonas, Prevotellaceae_UCG?001 were increased compared with those operated-mice, whereas partly rescued their abundance. Additionally, composition proportion beneficial Lactobacillus_gasseri uncultured_Erysipelotrichales_bacterium significantly Moreover, discriminative bacteria, such as Bacilli, Lactobacillales, Lactococcus identified specific taxon Here provide can improve

Influence of aerobic exercise training on the neural correlates of motor learning in Parkinson's disease individuals
BACKGROUND Aerobic exercise training (AET) has been shown to provide general health benefits, and to improve motor behaviours in particular, in individuals with Parkinson's disease (PD). However, the influence of AET on their motor learning capacities, as well as the change in neural substrates mediating this effect remains to be explored. OBJECTIVE In the current study, we employed functiona...
متن کاملShort-term aerobic exercise training improves gut peptide regulation in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
Obesity-related nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is now the most common chronic liver disease. Exercise and diet are uniformly prescribed treatments for NAFLD; however, there are limited empirical data on the effects of exercise training on metabolic function in these patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the fasting and glucose-stimulated adaptation of gut peptides to ...
متن کاملInfluence of gut microbiota on neuropsychiatric disorders
The last decade has witnessed a growing appreciation of the fundamental role played by an early assembly of a diverse and balanced gut microbiota and its subsequent maintenance for future health of the host. Gut microbiota is currently viewed as a key regulator of a fluent bidirectional dialogue between the gut and the brain (gut-brain axis). A number of preclinical studies have suggested that ...
متن کاملChanges in the composition and function of the gut microbiota in celiac disease
Evidence is supported the hypothesis that any changes in the composition and function of the gut microbiota play a fundamental role in a number of chronic inflammatory diseases including celiac disease (CD). In the last decade, several culture-independent methods have been developed to identify the components of the human microbiome. The study of microbiota based on nucleic acid analysis found ...
متن کاملStrength training and aerobic exercise training for muscle disease.
BACKGROUND Strength training or aerobic exercise programmes might optimise muscle and cardiorespiratory function and prevent additional disuse atrophy and deconditioning in people with a muscle disease. This is an update of a review first published in 2004. OBJECTIVES To examine the safety and efficacy of strength training and aerobic exercise training in people with a muscle disease. SEARC...
